Terms & Conditions

SUPER SOCCER SCHOOL

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 1st January 2026

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Super Soccer School programmes. Some programmes (such as after-school clubs and holiday camps) have specific policies, which will be clearly communicated where relevant.

By booking a place or enrolling a child, parents/carers agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Parental Responsibilities

Parents/carers are responsible for:

  • Informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs prior to participation.

  • Ensuring all required medication is provided and clearly labelled.

  • Keeping emergency contact details accurate and up to date.

  • Informing us in advance if a child requires additional support. Please note that we are unable to provide one-to-one support unless explicitly agreed in writing.

We will only share a child’s information with Super Soccer School staff where necessary to deliver our services safely.

3. Programme Types & Payment Structure

3.1 Community Classes (Weekly Sessions)

Community-based classes operate on a monthly subscription basis.

  • Monthly subscriptions are collected on the 1st of each month.

  • Payments are managed via ClassForKids unless otherwise agreed.

  • Failure to maintain payments may result in removal from sessions.

3.2 After-School Clubs (School-Based Programmes)

After-school clubs delivered on school premises operate in line with the host school’s extracurricular structure and are subject to a separate After-School Clubs Policy (see Section 9).

3.3 Holiday Camps

Holiday camps are booked and paid for in advance on a per-day or per-week basis.

4. Cancellation of Community Class Subscriptions

  • To cancel a monthly subscription for community classes, parents/carers must notify us in writing at least 14 days before the next payment date.

  • If insufficient notice is given, the next month’s payment will still be due.

  • Once cancelled, a child’s place cannot be guaranteed should they wish to return.

5. Trials / Taster Sessions

  • Each child is entitled to one taster session per class type.

  • A taster session cannot be repeated for the same class at a later date.

  • Children may trial a different class, subject to availability.

6. Attendance & Missed Sessions

  • If a child is unable to attend a session, a parent/carer should notify us.

  • Missed sessions are not refundable and cannot be made up.

  • If a child does not attend for five consecutive weeks without contact, we reserve the right to remove them from the register.

7. Cancellations, Refunds & Credits (General)

  • We do not offer refunds or make-up sessions for missed classes.

  • Refunds are not provided for non-attendance, holidays, timetable clashes, or changes in personal circumstances.

  • In cases of long-term illness or injury, a discretionary credit or pro-rata refund may be considered with supporting medical evidence.

  • Credits are offered at our discretion and are non-transferable.

8. Unavoidable Cancellations (Force Majeure)

Occasionally, sessions may need to be cancelled or rearranged due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe or unsafe weather

  • Venue closure or unavailability

  • Staff illness

  • Public health or safety concerns

Where possible, we will aim to rearrange sessions or offer a credit. However, this cannot always be guaranteed, and refunds are not automatic.

9. After-School Clubs Policy (School-Based Programmes)

9.1 Booking Commitment

After-school clubs operate on a termly or half-termly commitment, depending on the school’s structure. By enrolling, parents/carers are securing a place for the full booking period.

9.2 Cancellation Deadlines

Parents/carers must notify us in writing by the stated deadline (communicated before the end of the preceding term) if their child will not be continuing.

If no notice is received, the place will be automatically confirmed for the upcoming period.

9.3 Mid-Term Cancellations

Once a term or half term has commenced:

  • Mid-term cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

  • This applies regardless of attendance.

9.4 Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances only (e.g. long-term illness or injury), a discretionary credit or refund may be considered.

If a place is successfully filled from the waiting list, we may choose to refund or credit unused sessions. This is not guaranteed.

10. Behaviour & Conduct

We expect all children and parents/carers to behave respectfully.

We reserve the right to remove a child from a session or programme if their behaviour, or that of a parent/carer, is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with our values. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.

11. Programme & Staffing Changes

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to:

  • Session content

  • Timings

  • Venues

  • Coaching staff

Such changes do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

12. Photography & Video

Photographs and video recordings may be taken during sessions for coaching, training, and promotional purposes.

Consent for photography and video is collected at the point of booking via our booking platform (ClassForKids). Parents/carers are responsible for ensuring this information is completed accurately and kept up to date.

Where consent is not provided, we will take reasonable steps to ensure the child is not included in promotional media.

13. Medical Fitness & Liability

Parents/carers confirm that their child is medically fit to participate in physical activity and that all relevant information has been disclosed.

Super Soccer School accepts no responsibility for issues arising from undisclosed medical conditions.

14. Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and used solely for the delivery of our services.

15. Feedback & Complaints

We aim to resolve complaints within 7 working days, where possible.
